Favourite Cheat Foods: I try to make clean versions of everything- like pizza, lasagna etc. But my one weakness is chicken wings! If someone has a really good tasting clean version of those- let me know!
Competition Goals: Tri-fitness competition in 2011 or 2012, and WBFF Pro card- Bikini, then fitness.
Hobbies: I like snowboarding, swimming, travelling and cooking! (Tosca Reno-my hero) I volunteer a lot as well, and I really enjoy helping young children and adults find a passion for fitness and a healthier lifestyle. |
